In my time at NAB I had the pleasure of leading the desirability and development of NAB's most customer focussed products: StraightUp card, Australia’s first interest free credit card.

An industry first that bridged the gap between traditional credit products and the buy now pay later generation, and went on to represent a major amount of credit card applications in its first year.
